- You must be an animal shelter or rescue in Western New York

- You must be a registered not-for-profit organization

- You must have a website which is completed and functioning

- Your website must be free of broken links, unrelenting pop ups, offensive or illegal content

- Your organization must have a PayPal or Venmo account

We will review each account individually and verify each component for validation purposes.
